1. What materials do you use to make stencils?

   • We use a variety of materials including 10 mil PRO-E Poly-A Polyester Mylar, 60 mil PRO-S 1/16" thick Polyethylene, 100 mil PRO-Y 1/10" thick Polyethylene, 125 mil PRO-X 1/8" thick Polyethylene, and PRO-ALUM, .080 Aluminum.
     
     

2. Am I able to sample your material?

   • Absolutely! Email info@stencilplus.com and we will gladly send you a free sample swatch.

Sizes and Customization:

3. What are the measurements of your smallest and largest stencils?

   • We produce stencils with characters as small as ¼” and as large as 4' x 23'. For further inquiries, please contact us at (877) 372-6055 or info@stencilplus.com.
     
     

4. Why do stencils have connectors or bridges?

   • Stencils have connectors, also known as bridges, to maintain their shape and ensure the inserts remain in place while allowing the stencil to lay flat on its respective surface.
     
     

5. Am I able to create a customized logo?

   • Yes, you can! Email our design team with a picture of the stencil you envision, along with sizing specifications, and our team will create a proof tailored to your needs.

File Formats and Ordering:

6. What file types are compatible when sending specifications for a customized logo?

   • Please email vector files such as PDFs, AI, or EPS to info@stencilplus.com. For text files, please adjust the font to “curved.”
     
     

7. What if I need to order something that is not listed on your website?

   • Contact us at (877) 372-6055 or info@stencilplus.com, and we'll assist you in creating a customized stencil.
     
     

8. When are fasteners included with my stencil order?

   • Fasteners are included in orders of larger stencils using the PRO-S 60 mil material, but not when using PRO-Y 100 mil or PRO-X 125 mil.

9. How do I place an order?

   • Orders can be placed online via stencilplus.com or amazon.com, by phone at (877) 372-6055, or by email at sales@stencilplus.com.
     
     

10. Where do I send my purchase order?

    • Email your purchase order to sales@stencilplus.com for processing.\
      
      

11. What payment options are accepted?

    • We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and terms accounts. For terms accounts, email us at info@stencilplus.com to request a credit application.

Shipping and Returns:

12. What freight carriers do you use?

    • We utilize UPS, USPS, and Southeastern Freight for shipping.
      
      

13. How do I obtain a shipping quote?

    • Email us at sales@stencilplus.com or call (877) 372-6055 with your desired address for a shipping estimate.
      
      

14. Am I able to have my stencils shipped to a P.O. Box?

    • Unfortunately, UPS shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, with the exception of small shipments via USPS

15. How do I qualify for free shipping?

    • Orders totaling $50.00 or more are eligible for free shipping, excluding preformed thermoplastic orders.

16. Why do I need to provide my email address?

    • We require your email address to send quotes, order confirmations, and shipping details.
      
      

17. Why should I set up an online account?

    • By setting up an account, you'll receive a 10% discount on your order upon checkout.

Order Status and Changes:

18. How do I return an item?

    • Please review our shipping and return policy for details.
      
      

19. How do I cancel an online order?

    • Contact us immediately; if the order hasn't begun production, we'll attempt to cancel it.
      
      

20. How will I know the status of my order?

21. Am I able to make additions to an order that has already been placed?

    • Depending on the method of ordering, additions may be possible. Contact us for assistance.

Pricing and Taxes:

22. Are discounts offered based on the quantity of my order?

    • Discounts may be available for large quantity orders. Contact us at (877) 372-6055 to discuss.
      
      

23. Will I be charged sales tax?

    • South Carolina residents will be charged state sales tax. Tax-exempt customers should provide a tax exemption certificate to avoid sales tax.
