What are the measurements of your smallest and largest stencils?

We are able to produce stencils with characters as small as ¼” and as large as 4' x 23'. If you have any questions, please give us a call at our Toll-Free number (877) 372-6055 or e-mail us, info@stencilplus.com.

Why do stencils have connectors or bridges?

Stencils maintain their shape using connectors, also known as bridges. Bridges are used to ensure the inserts remain in place and allows the stencil to lay flat on its respected surface.

Am I able to create a customized logo?

Definitely! E-mail our design team a picture of the stencil you are envisioning, along with a brief description and sizing specifications. Our design team will create a proof to ensure that your stencil is created precisely to your specifications.

What file types are compatible when sending specifications for a customized logo?

If you are sending us artwork, please e-mail info@stencilplus.com using a vector file. PDF’s, AI or EPS files are preferred. If you are simply sending a text file, we ask that you adjust the text font to “curved.”

What if I need to order something that is not listed on your website?

When are fasteners included with my stencil order?  

Fasteners are included in orders of larger stencils using the PRO-S 60 mil material.  Fasteners are not included when using the PRO-Y 100 mil or the PRO-X 125 mil.

How do I place an order?

We accept online orders via stencilplus.com and amazon.com. Phone orders may be placed by calling (877) 372-6055 and e-mail orders may be completed via sales@stencilplus.com.  

Where do I send my purchase order?

Email your purchase order to sales@stencilplus.com for processing.

What payment options are accepted?

Do you offer terms accounts to your customers? 

Yes, we do! E-mail us your request info@stencilplus.com and we will send you a credit application. Once approved you will receive your credit limit.

What freight carriers do you use?

UPS, USPS, and Southeastern Freight.

How do I obtain a shipping quote?

E-mail us your desired address sales@stencilplus.com or call us (877) 372-6055 for a shipping estimate.

Am I able to have my stencils shipped to a P.O. Box?

Unfortunately, we are unable to complete P.O. Box shipments via UPS. However, there is one exception to this statement. Small shipments are generally deliverable to a P.O. Box via USPS.

How do I qualify for free shipping? 

You are eligible for free shipping when your order totals $50.00 or more. Free shipping is not available on preformed thermoplastic orders.

Why do I need to provide my e-mail address?

We require your e-mail address in order to send your quote(s), order confirmation and shipping details.

Why should I set up an online account?

By setting up an account, you will automatically receive a 10% discount on your order upon checkout. You do have to login to your account for this discount to apply.

How do I return an item? 

Please review our shipping and return policy.

How do I cancel an online order?

Call us immediately if an order has been placed by mistake. If the order has not begun production, we will do our best to cancel the transaction. Unfortunately, if the order has been sent to production, we will be unable to cancel your order.

How will I know the status of my order?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. You will also receive an email with the tracking information once your order ships. If you have any other questions regarding the status of your order, please give us a call (877) 372-6055.

Am I able to make additions to an order that has already been placed? 

If you placed your order online, you will be prompted to create a new order. Often times, we are able to ship both orders together. If you placed your order over the phone or via e-mail, generally we are able to make additions to your order.

Are discounts offered based on the quantity of my order? 

Our stencils are manufactured individually. If you are placing a large quantity order, please call us (877) 372-6055 to discuss if you qualify for discounts based on your order.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Customers within the state of South Carolina will be charged the state sales tax. If you reside outside of the state of South Carolina, it is your responsibility to file and pay the use tax. If you are tax exempt, please email us sales@stencilplus.com a tax exemption certificate with your state of South Carolina retail number attached. Your account will be updated to ensure that you are not charged sales tax on your orders.

Is drop shipping an option?

Anonymous drop shipping is available upon request.
