Stencil Plus offers free shipping on stencil orders placed through our website that exceed $50 and are being shipped within the Continental U.S. Preform Thermoplastic orders are not eligible for free shipping at this time. We ship via UPS, USPS, and Southeastern Freight.

Payment & Shipping
Stencil Plus requires payment in full before your order is shipped. We only accept $USD funds. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, and Venmo.
Damaged Goods & Refunds
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive damaged goods, notify us immediately. You reserve the right to refuse your order shipment. We will not issue a refund for a product that has been used.
Stock Item Order Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee. If you cancel your order before it ships, there will be a 5% order processing fee. CUSTOMIZED ORDERS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
Stencil Plus will only accept returns within 5 business days of delivery. In order to process a return, you must obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number from customer service (877) 372-6055. Once you have notified our customer service department and obtained your RMA number, we will assist you in completing the return process.
